Donation Refund Policy

We appreciate your support and donation to our organization.

With the increasing frequency of digital payments, Umaid Community Foundation has implemented a donation refund policy to guarantee equitable and transparent handling of claims for reimbursement of donations.

When making a donation, Umaid Community Foundation anticipates that all contributors will proceed with caution and thoroughness.

Your refund request is to be sent to the Umaid Community Foundation office within 7 (seven) days of the day on which you made the donation. It should include the following details:

Day of Donation, Amount of Donation, Mode of Donation (Credit Card or Online Payment).

The date that you made the donation via electronic, online, or another method. Depending on the availability of information from third parties, such as payment gateways, banks, etc., through which the transaction is completed, the refund process may take 7 to 30 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting the Umaid Community Foundation.

We understand that circumstances may alter your ability to continue with a recurring donation.

To modify or cancel your recurring contribution, kindly reach out to umaidcf.com.

Please specify the desired change and provide relevant details about your original donation, such as the donor’s full name, the email address associated with the donation receipt, and the original recurring donation amount. Rest assured, you will receive confirmation via email once the requested change has been processed.

Please refrain from including sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers, in your communication with us.
